Christmas 2011

We came to learn that Christmas is going to come quicker each year with a child now, but had so much fun decorating and enjoying this Christmas with Kinsley! Christmas traveling was minimal this year which was actually a nice break! I am apologizing for all of the pictures aheaad of time, I might have to add a second blog just for actual Christmas Day!!!

Kinsley's First Birthday Party

Where has the past year gone...Preparing for Kinsley's 1st Birthday was alittle emotional and stressful at times but would not have changed one thing for our precious baby girl! We went with a cupcake theme simply because it was girly and was perfect for a one year old birthday party...or so I thought!! It was very hard to find decorations, but thanks to Pinterest and Hobby Lobby I feel that it came together very well!! Steven was a trooper and helped with most of the planning and preparation that took a few months (yes we started early I am a planner if you know me)!!!

We had a large group that came to the party that originally I must admit made me very nervous, but again everything worked out amazingly well!! Steven wanted to do her first birthday at our house to be more personal and meaningful, great idea Baby!!! We had family in from Lubbock, and other surrounding areas of the metroplex! Kinsley of course woke up and was a little "DIVA" as always as she came into the living room after her home filled with lots of people, she did so great!

Thank you to those who came to the party, we had a great time and missed those who couldn't come!
